• Build Machines:  We build computers to your specifications.  You choose your level of performance from the cost effective AMD Duron® or Intel Celeron®  to the Intel Pentium® 4 or the incredible dual processor AMD Athlon® MP; then add RAM memory, hard-drive and choice of CD/DVD-ROM options.  Next, you add peripherals, such as conventional or cordless keyboard and mouse, CD-Writer, sound options and networking capabilities.  Finally, finish off your system by choosing your version of Microsoft Windows from the popular Windows XP Home to the powerful Windows 2000 Professional or XP Professional.  We will be with you every step of the way to assist you in building the machine you want with only the components you want to make your dream machine a reality.
• Networking:  Do you need your computers at home or at your office to share information?  We can make that happen.  All of your computers can share one broadband connection such as a cable modem or DSL, you can share files from a server or simply between computers, and families can interact by playing games together.  We can even setup your network so there are no additional cables cluttering up your home or office.  Networking does not need to be difficult or expensive, let us show you how this can be done very easily and cost effectively.
• Parts:  You can purchase replacement parts and peripherals and have them professionally installed at the time of purchase at prices that beat the competition.  It is not unusual for retail and computer stores to add a 50% to 150% markup to their original cost to charge you an exorbitant price; and while computer discount stores will charge you less than retail often their service is practically non-existent or you have to leave your computer and wait for them to install the part.  We offer the best of both, we add a minimal markup and provide personalized, professional service.
• Upgrades and Repair:  Call us when you need us.  We will be on-site ASAP to assist you with upgrades, diagnosis problems and to repair.  This is all done at rates that are charged by the half hour.  We provide low rates and quality service.  We are able to upgrade your hard drive without you losing any of your data.  We can help you make your computer newer, faster, and the envy of your friends and co-workers.
• Blocks of Time:  Do you need occasional consulting, networking, or repair service?  You have the option of buying blocks of time in six month increments for the time you think you may need.  These can be used any time during the six months when you have a problem, as well as come with a discounted rate.
• Service contracts:  Do you have a need for someone to be at your location on a regularly scheduled basis?  You have the option of buying a semi-annual or annual Service Contract for the time you need.  Service contracts are the most cost efficient for regularly scheduled, weekly or monthly maintenance and in the event of an emergency allow your service calls to go ahead of any non contracted call.  Our rates are calculated on an hourly basis billed to you in half hour increments and are lower than larger consulting firms.  We offer great response times and top quality service.  Service contracts also enable you to purchase the parts or software at a discount.
